Spaghetti With Artichokes

Spaghetti with Artichokes

 

This uses Artichoke hearts and you can't beat it.

 

Extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chili pepper, finely chopped
2 canned artichoke hearts, cut into small pieces
Marinara Sauce
3 fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
cooked pasta
parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Add olive oil and garlic to pan. 

 

Then add red peppers and sauté.

 

Add two artichokes cut into pieces. 

 

Add a ladle of marinara sauce, fresh basil, fresh parsley, salt and pepper. 

 

Toss with pasta and fresh Parmesan cheese.
