Spaghetti Casserole - Oven

1 pound ground beef
8 ounces spaghetti
1 onion, cut fine
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 can English peas
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, cut fine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can tomato paste
1 can mushroom
grated cheese

Cook spaghetti according to box directions.
 

Brown meat in olive oil and add onions and garlic. 

  • Add chili powder, peas, tomato paste, 2 tomato paste cans of water, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Drain spaghetti and add to meat mixture.

Place in casserole and bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. 

 

Top with grated cheese just a few minutes before removing from oven.
