Potluck Favorite

Serves:  10

 

1 pound ground beef
2 cups diced celery
2 cups diced onion
1 diced green bell pepper
cup raw rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cans water
1 teaspoon salt
bread crumbs

Brown ground beef, celery, onion, and peppers. 

  1. Add rest of the ingredients and mix. 

  2. Place in greased casserole.

  3. Cover with crumbs. 

  4. Bake 2 hours at 300° F.
