6 pork chops
6 sweet potatoes
salt and pepper
½ cup brown sugar
1½ cups milk |
Place a layer of sweet potatoes sliced crosswise in a greased casserole.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little brown sugar; continue layers
until casserole is
⅔
full.

Heat milk and pour over potatoes just to cover them.

Place pork chops on top of potatoes, cover and bake at 350°
F. for 1 hour.

Remove cover and season with salt and pepper.

Continue cooking, uncovered, until chops are tender and brown on top.
