Peach Cobbler

 

This cobbler is quite simple to make.  Possibly, it will be the most tasty Peach Cobbler you have ever tried.  It is certainly not for Diabetics but if you are not then you may enjoy this tasty delight.

 

FILLING:
1 stick butter
1 can peaches
1 cup sugar


BATTER:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup whole milk
1 cup sugar

COBBLER:
Mix butter, peaches and 1 cup sugar and bring to boil.


BATTER:
Mix flour, baking powder, milk and sugar.  Pour in center of fruit.  Bake until batter is done in a 375° F oven.
