Lemon Meringue Pie (No Bake)

Lemon Meringue Pie

 

My wife, Donna, made the first Lemon Meringue Pie I ever ate.  It was so delicious.  This is the recipe that she got from the back of the label on a can of Borden's EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened Condensed Milk.  I still cannot get enough of it.

 

 1 (8- or 9-inch) graham cracker or baked pie crust
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
cup lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie crust

Cool Whip topping

Mix all ingredients together and pour in to the pie crust. Let chill for 2-3 hours.   Top with the Cool Whip.
