Serves:  6

 

Hot Chicken Casserole

 

10 ounces boned cooked chicken
1 cream of chicken soup, can
1 cup diced celery
2 teaspoons onion
¼ cup mayonnaise
3 hard boiled egg, sliced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 dash cooking sherry
potato chips

Mix soup, celery, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.


Place chicken, soup mixture, potato chips, eggs and sherry in layers in casserole dish.  Bake at 350
º for about 45 minutes
