Egg Drop Soup

 

There is no easier soup to make.

 

1¼ cups chicken bouillon
1
¼ cups water
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine bouillon and water in saucepan.

  1. Bring to a boil.

  2. Add green onions.

  3. Reduce heat. 

  4. Gently stir in egg and simmer for 3 minutes or until egg is set.
