1 pie crust
1 cup cooked chicken, cut up
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded, 4 ounces
⅔
cup red or white onion, finely chopped
4 egg
2 cups heavy or whipping cream
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme, leaves |
Heat oven to 425º.

Prepare pastry.

Ease into quiche dish, 9 x 1½ inches, or pie
plate, 9 x 1¼ inches.

Sprinkle chicken, cheese and onion in pastry-lined quiche dish.

Beat eggs slightly.

Beat in remaining ingredients.

Pour into quiche dish.

Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.

Bake about 30 minutes
longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let
stand 10 minutes before cutting. |
