Chicken and Rice Casserole

This is my favorite chicken and rice casserole. Simple to prepare yet delicious.
1 chicken, cut-up 2 teaspoons salt 4 cups boiling water 2 cups rice, uncooked 1 canned cream of chicken soup 1 canned cream of mushroom soup 1 canned cream of celery soup
Grease casserole.
Place salted chicken in casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Cook in oven at 350° F for 1 hour.
